End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Jose Villalobos ("Licensor") governing your use of the Batch Keeper mobile application ("App").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the App for unlawful purposes

2. App Store Compliance

If you downloaded the App from Apple’s App Store:

This Agreement is between you and Jose Villalobos, not Apple
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions:

Are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account
Renew automatically unless canceled
Can be managed through your device settings

We may use third-party tools (such as RevenueCat) to manage subscriptions.

4. Location and Data Usage

The App may use location data and other information to provide features.

By using the App, you consent to:

Collection of necessary data
Processing as described in our Privacy Policy

5. No Guarantees / Disclaimer

Batch Keeper is a decision-support tool only.

We do NOT guarantee:

Income or earnings
Availability of opportunities
Accuracy of external data

You use the App at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Jose Villalobos shall not be liable for:

Loss of income or profits
Business decisions made using the App
Data inaccuracies
Service interruptions

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated.

We may terminate your access at any time if you violate this Agreement.

8. Changes to Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
