How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your account directly in the Batch Keeper app by going to Profile → Delete Account → Delete Permanently.

If you would like to delete your Batch Keeper account and all associated data, you can submit a request by sending an email to pebeweb@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account".

Please include the following information in your email:

The email address associated with your account
Your full name

What happens after your request:

We will process your request within 30 days
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete

Deleting your Batch Keeper account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be canceled separately through Google Play. Purchase and subscription records managed by Google may be retained according to Google’s policies and applicable legal requirements.
