1. Independent Service Disclaimer

Batch Keeper is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Instacart or any other platform. We do not guarantee earnings, availability of orders, or business outcomes.

2. Use of the App

You agree to:

Use the App legally
Not misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App
Not rely solely on the App for critical decisions

3. Location Services

The App may use your device location to provide features such as nearby opportunities. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription managed through third-party platforms.

Subscriptions:

Automatically renew unless canceled
Are billed through your app store account
Are subject to the store's billing policies

We use third-party services such as RevenueCat to manage subscriptions.

5. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

Income or financial results
Accuracy of third-party data
Availability of features at all times

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available."

We are not liable for:

Lost income
Business decisions made using the App
Data inaccuracies
Service interruptions

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time without notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
