Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: July 29, 2026

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled for the Batch Keeper mobile application, operated by José Villalobos (“Batch Keeper,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Google Play Billing

Batch Keeper subscriptions are purchased and processed through Google Play.

Batch Keeper does not directly collect or store your payment-card information. Google Play manages payment processing, billing methods, transaction records, applicable taxes, subscription renewals, and initial refund requests under its own terms and policies.

2. Free Trial

Eligible new subscribers may receive a 14-day free trial.

Free-trial eligibility is determined by Google Play and may depend on your Google Account’s previous subscriptions, purchases, or use of promotional offers.

If you are eligible:

  • You will not be charged during the 14-day trial.

  • Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription when the trial ends.

  • To avoid the first charge, you must cancel through Google Play before the trial expires.

  • Deleting Batch Keeper or uninstalling the app does not cancel the trial.

Google Play displays the applicable trial, renewal date, and price before you confirm the subscription.

3. Monthly Subscription

After the free trial, the Batch Keeper subscription renews automatically for $2.99 per month, plus any applicable taxes, unless it is canceled before the next renewal date.

Google Play may send notices about trial expiration, billing, payment problems, renewals, or subscription changes.

The price and billing terms displayed in the Google Play purchase confirmation control the transaction.

4. Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel your Batch Keeper subscription at any time through Google Play.

To cancel on an Android device:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.

  2. Tap your profile picture.

  3. Select Payments & subscriptions.

  4. Select Subscriptions.

  5. Choose Batch Keeper.

  6. Tap Cancel subscription.

  7. Follow Google Play’s instructions.

You can also manage subscriptions at:

https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions

Cancellation prevents future automatic renewals. Unless Google Play states otherwise, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current paid billing period.

5. Uninstalling the App Does Not Cancel the Subscription

Uninstalling Batch Keeper does not cancel your free trial or paid subscription.

You must cancel through Google Play to prevent future charges.

6. Account Deletion Does Not Cancel the Subscription

Deleting your Batch Keeper account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Google Play.

If you delete your Batch Keeper account, you must also cancel the Google Play subscription separately to prevent future renewal charges.

Because account deletion is permanent, you should cancel the subscription before deleting your Batch Keeper account.

7. Requesting a Refund Within 48 Hours

If it has been less than 48 hours since a Batch Keeper subscription charge, you may be able to request a refund directly from Google Play, depending on the circumstances of the purchase.

Submit a request using Google Play’s official refund process:

https://support.google.com/googleplay/workflow/9813244

Google Play determines whether requests submitted through its system qualify for a refund.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

8. Refund Requests After 48 Hours

If more than 48 hours have passed, contact Batch Keeper support at pebeweb@gmail.com.

Include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address associated with your Batch Keeper account

  • Your Google Play transaction ID

  • The purchase or renewal date

  • The amount charged

  • A clear explanation of the problem

  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages

Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, authentication codes, or other sensitive financial information.

We will review the request and may ask for additional information. Approval is not automatic and will depend on the circumstances, available transaction records, Google Play’s capabilities, this policy, and applicable law.

9. Circumstances We May Consider

A refund request may be considered when:

  • A duplicate charge occurred.

  • A verified technical problem prevented access to paid features.

  • A subscription entitlement was not delivered after a successful payment.

  • The transaction was unauthorized and properly reported.

  • A refund is required by applicable law.

  • Other exceptional circumstances justify individual review.

Before requesting a refund for a technical problem, please allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

10. Circumstances That Generally Do Not Qualify

Except where required by law, refunds generally will not be approved solely because:

  • You forgot to cancel the free trial.

  • You forgot to cancel before a renewal.

  • You did not use the app during the billing period.

  • You changed your mind after purchasing.

  • You expected different earnings or business results.

  • You did not grant permissions required for a feature to operate.

  • Your device settings, battery restrictions, connectivity, or unsupported hardware affected a feature.

  • You uninstalled the app without canceling the subscription.

  • You deleted your Batch Keeper account without canceling through Google Play.

  • You violated the Terms of Service or your access was suspended for misuse.

This section does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

11. Technical Problems

If a paid feature is unavailable, contact us before requesting a refund when practical.

Please include:

  • Your Android device model

  • Android version

  • Batch Keeper app version

  • A description of what occurred

  • Relevant screenshots or error messages

We will make a reasonable effort to diagnose subscription-entitlement and application problems.

12. Unauthorized Charges

If you do not recognize a Google Play charge, report it promptly through Google Play:

https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2851610

You should also review the security of your Google Account and payment methods.

13. Refund Processing Time

Google Play controls the timing and payment method for refunds processed through its billing system.

If a refund is approved, the time required for the funds to appear may depend on the original payment method, financial institution, country, and Google Play’s processing procedures.

Batch Keeper cannot accelerate processing performed by Google Play or your financial institution.

14. Effect of a Refund

If a subscription payment is refunded, access to Batch Keeper premium features may end immediately or as determined by Google Play.

Refunding a payment does not restore an account or data that was previously deleted.

15. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

If the law where you live provides additional cancellation or refund rights, those rights continue to apply.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy when our subscription, billing practices, Google Play requirements, or applicable laws change.

The revised policy will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
